Compact – length saving 50%
Integrated ring for crane loop
One-piece compact steel weights
In addition to the automatic tensioning devices, KRUCH offers optimal bracing weights. KRUCH has replaced the previously used staple weights made of reinforced concrete with a compact, one-piece weight made of hot-dip galvanized steel. This has made it possible to reduce the length of the weights by 50%, which reduces the handling effort and the force required. In some installation cases, there are space problems with long weights. Therefore, often large efforts have to be made to dig special shafts for the weights. With the much shorter compact steel weights from KRUCH, this effort is completely eliminated. The integrated ring for the crane loop enables the best possible handling on site.
The one-piece bracing weight from KRUCH can be adapted to all requirements and is therefore used in every catenary system worldwide.

The connection between aluminium messenger wires and copper jumper wires is very problematic. If an electrically conductive liquid like condensate or general humidity meets a connection of copper and aluminium, an electrochemical reaction forming a contact element....
Our fully automated checkpoint inspects the condition of the carbon brushes and the contact pressure of the current collectors on trolleybuses – every time they pass through – by means of 3D laser scanning and load cells.
