Contact with us
If you get in contact with us via a form, email, social media, letter, telephone or in person, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. Your personal data are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures, without which we cannot process your inquiry. Transmission of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of our cloud providers within the EU.
Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter. For this, we require your email address and your consent to receive the newsletter. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also process voluntarily provided information such as name, gender or your preferred language. You may cancel the newsletter subscription at any time by sending an informal email to office@kruch.com or by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. Following this, we delete your data in connection with the sending of our newsletter; however, we store your email address for 2 years on the basis of our legitimate interest in being able to prove your original consent. Until the time of unsubscription, our newsletter records the opening and clicking behaviour for the purpose of sending customised, relevant contents (time of delivery and opening, duration and IP address of the opening, email client used and what links were clicked when). Transmission to third parties does not take place, with the exception of our newsletter delivery provider within the EU.
Use of our website
When you visit our website, we store the date and time at which you called up the web pages, the type and version of your web browser and operating system, the previously visited website and your IP address in log files. We process these data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in detecting and investigating any unlawful use for the duration of 3 months, and beyond this until the end of the investigation or any legal disputes.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device using the browser. We use cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest in creating a user-friendly offer (these cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser) / and in recognising you next time you visit (these cookies remain on your computer until you delete them manually). Since before this processing takes place, your IP address is transmitted to the server of the provider in an anonymised manner by removing the last digits and then stored there, we and our providers do not process any personal data of yours.
Involvement of external services and contents
Based on our legitimate interests in a better user experience on our website, we involve the services and contents of third-party suppliers. By using these services, your IP address is transmitted to the provider, without which it is not possible to transmit any content to you. Data may be processed in the USA during this process. In such cases, we exclusively commission companies participating in and certified by the US Privacy Shield, whose adequate level of protection is determined by an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission.
Social media plug-ins
We use social media plug-ins so that you can recommend and share our contents on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Tumblr, Pinterest). Your data are only transmitted when you click on the corresponding icon of the provider. Here, we have neither influence on nor access to cookies that are placed by social media providers. To protect this website, we use the Wordfence plugin. This is provided by Defiant. Inc, 1700 Westlake Ave N Ste 200, Seattle, WA 98109, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Wordfence”). It is used in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 lit. f of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) on the basis of our legitimate interests.
Wordfence serves to protect this website from viruses, malware, comment spam and unauthorized access (this includes cyber attacks such as brute force and DDoS attacks). To ensure effective protection, IP addresses of visitors to this website are stored by Wordfence on its own servers. IP addresses that are deemed harmless are white-listed, while attackers such as hackers are denied access to this website. CleanTalk Anti Spam
Our website uses the CleanTalk Anti-Spam & Security service. This protects the website from SPAM.
CleanTalk may store and process your IP address and use cookies to manage access to the website through the CleanTalk SpamFireWall function in order to secure this website and protect it from spam. By using this website, your IP address may be processed by CleanTalk for security reasons and stored in log files for a maximum of 45 days. This data will then be completely deleted.
When you submit a form on this website (e.g. contact form), your personal data will be stored in this website such as your IP address, your e-mail, your text of the comment and data of website form fields. Also, for security reasons and to protect this website from spam, your data will be processed in the CleanTalk Cloud Service and they will be stored in log files for 7 days by default (45 days if the extended package is active). On the expiry of the mentioned period, they will be deleted completely. CleanTalk may use information of spam activity of IP/email addresses to offer proper anti-spam protection to all websites connected to its service.
